HP Properties is co-owned and operated by Mark & Elizabeth Pankalla.

Growing up in rentals, Mark made a commitment that if it given the opportunity to be a landlord, he would want to present the highest quality house, at an affordable price. As a custom home builder he is able to add amenities to each house, making it feel like home. In fact, Mark & Elizabeth have lived in each home while being constructed or longer. 

With a background in both real estate and graphic design, Elizabeth provides easy to understand, streamlined documenting and advertising. She provides caring and patient guidance through the process for first time renters.

As the campus area changes, and the amount of low-quality housing increases, HP Properties provides an alternative for people to live in a quality environment, and a quality home.

When you call, you won't be getting some company answering machine with a stranger coming to perform repairs. Mark and Elizabeth personally handle everything from accepting forms to fixing your dishwasher.

For large homes, none of the bedrooms have been cut up or undersized. Some have actually been restored to give the maximum amount of room, most of them with walk-in closets.  These homes have many features not found in other campus rentals including real wood interiors, skylights in every upstairs bedroom, new gas appliances, multiple hot water heaters or "on demand" heaters so you never run out.

The kitchens are spacious and fully stocked with all the amenities; microwaves, dual refrigerators, and custom cabinetry. New high efficiency gas furnaces, electrical services and plumbing will cut the cost of your monthly electric and gas bill!

Outside of each home, Mark meticulously maintains the yards and landscaping, in order to create a personal space for the tenants. Some have paved courtyards, while others have covered patios or a shared vegetable garden.
